What You'll Be Doing:
No two days are the same in this varied and fast-paced role. This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of your portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
· Managing a residential portfolio from end to end
· Conducting property inspections, including routine, ingoing, outgoing, and leasing inspections
· Managing tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and rent reviews
· Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes
· Liaising with landlords and tenants, maintaining clear and professional communication
· Arrears management and conflict resolution
· Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal processes
· Delivering a high standard of client service and experience at all times
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, and takes ownership of their role. You'll bring:
· Proven experience in property management, managing your own portfolio
· Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
· A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
· The ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Confidence using property management systems and technology
· A valid driver's licence
· A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
