We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Training Operations Coordinator to provide essential support to our Training Operations Manager and the broader administration team. This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes in an RTO.


About the Role

As the Training Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless daily operation of training delivery. You will support trainers, students, and the operations team across a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate trainer travel, accommodation, and schedules to ensure smooth delivery of training.
* Assist with daily and weekly trainer rosters, booking requests, and calendar management.
* Perform general data entry and maintain accurate student and trainer records in our Student Management System and Learning Management System.
* Provide friendly and efficient student support, including enquiries, enrolment assistance, and course information.
* Support compliance processes by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and stored correctly.
* Assist with the preparation of training materials, class documentation, and assessment packs.
* Help manage training logistics such as venue bookings, equipment, and resource allocation.
* Monitor key operational inboxes and respond or elevate as required.
* Support month-end reporting, attendance tracking, and administrative follow-ups.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure training sessions are well prepared and run according to plan.
* Provide general administrative support to the Training Operations Manager and broader operations team as required.


About You

You will bring:

* Strong administration experience, ideally within an RTO, education, or training environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
* Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise competing workloads.
* Confidence using SMS, LMS, and Microsoft Office applications.
* A team‑focused attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
* Problem‑solving skills and the ability to think ahead.
