We’re looking for an experienced Senior Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of key healthcare events, including conferences, trade shows, workshops, and product launches.
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in boosting our brand visibility, building important relationships, and helping us achieve our business goals in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute medical events, managing all logistics, including venue selection, AV setup, catering, and speaker coordination.
* Oversee event budgets, timelines, registration, and attendee communication.
* Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
* Work with internal teams to create engaging content and maximize attendee engagement.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards for all events.
* Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare sector.
* Coordinate digital and hybrid events using platforms like Zoom and Teams.
* Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies across digital channels and social media.
* Assist in creating product demonstrations for trade shows and exhibitions.
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trade shows.
* Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* A creative approach to event design and a focus on enhancing attendee engagement.
* Experience managing logistics for sensitive freight and time-sensitive events.
* Adaptable to evolving priorities and responsibilities.
* Experience coordinating medical device conferences and product demonstrations.
