As a Sales Account Representative at Hutcheon & Pearce, you will serve as a trusted advisor for customers in your designated sales area.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Represent the company in machinery sales and build lasting customer relationships.
2. Stay informed on product features, benefits, and competitors.
3. Participate in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
4. Maintain accurate customer records using sales tools like EQUIP, Handle, and Sales Centre.
5. Follow structured sales processes for successful transactions.
6. Conduct equipment demonstrations in the field.
7. Assist customers with financing options for new and used equipment.
8. Support customers post-sale, collaborating with Service Specialists to optimize equipment performance.
