Job Summary:


This role requires a Contracts Administrator to manage Operations and Maintenance contracts, ensure compliance and performance, and support procurement planning cycles.


Key Responsibilities:



* Manage operations and maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance and performance.

* Support procurement planning cycles by conducting market research, facilitating tender processes, negotiating agreements, and ensuring alignment with organisational values.

* Draft, negotiate, and prepare contracts for goods or services procurement.



Requirements:



* Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in contract administration roles.

* Advanced drafting skills and negotiation abilities adhering strictly to legislative requirements.

* Strong background in managing operations and maintenance contracts.

* Financial management skills and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.



What You Will Achieve:


In this role, you will work as the representative for managing the operations and maintenance contract, ensuring compliance and performance. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports for senior leadership, validating contractor claims, calculating payments, and maintaining accurate records.


Additionally, you will support procurement planning cycles by conducting market research, facilitating tender processes, negotiating agreements, and ensuring alignment with organisational values.


The role requires relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in contract administration roles, advanced drafting skills, and negotiation abilities adhering strictly to legislative requirements.


A strong background in managing operations and maintenance contracts is necessary, along with financial management skills and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
