Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will lead all day-to-day operations and performance of the Electrical and Air Conditioning division. You will drive excellence culture and performance across every aspect of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all day-to-day operations and performance of the Electrical and Air Conditioning division
* Grow and develop your team through in-field coaching mentoring and training
* Take ownership of Sales and Revenue budgets
* Recruit onboard and retain top-tier talent with the support of our internal Talent Manager
* Collaborate weekly with fellow Operations Managers and senior leadership
* Drive excellence culture and performance across every aspect of service delivery
* Support the integration and onboarding of new business acquisitions into the division
* Facilitate monthly toolbox talks and weekly training sessions
Requirements:
* Motivated hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering results
* Strong mix of operational experience technical knowledge and people leadership — with the drive to build something great
* Experience leading electrical or service operations with measurable results
* Proven ability in sales building strong client and supplier relationships
* Experience across a wide range of electrical maintenance and repairs
* Licensed A-Class Electrician with extensive knowledge of AS*** standards
* High level of computer literacy and operational systems experience
* Reliable solutions-focused and able to multitask between various projects
* Ability to motivate and work collaboratively within a team environment
