Electrician

THE POSITION
You will report to the Electrical Supervisor and take ownership of electrical maintenance across multiple metro sites in Brisbane's South East.
Responsibilities include:
* Carrying out electrical maintenance, inspections, repairs and planned works
* Supporting continuity of essential building and engineering services across several South Brisbane sites
* Undertaking fault finding, reactive maintenance and providing updates through mobile work orders
* Prioritising urgent requests while maintaining safety, compliance and best FM practices
* Working alongside electricians, carpenters and trade assistants across Defence, Education and Commercial facilities
THE PERSON
* Holds a current QLD Electrical Licence
* Full Australian working rights
* CPR and LVR within 12 months and White Card
* Current C Class driver licence
* Blue Card or willingness to obtain
* Able to work independently and within a team
* Able to pass a pre employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
* Ideally based in the Brisbane South metro corridor
