About the Role
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to provide exceptional support and resolution to our clients' day-to-day issues with our NowInfinity product.
This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with our customers and provide timely and effective solutions to their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and other channels.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer requests and escalate as required.
* Assist with the development of knowledge base articles and training materials.
* Stay up-to-date with product features and processes through internal and external training and resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* No formal qualifications are required but a degree or certificate in accounting or information technology is highly regarded.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations is desirable.
