About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Professional to join our team. As an Assistant Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Job Description:
You will work closely with our experienced educators to develop and implement engaging learning programs that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing learning programs that meet the needs of all children;
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and outcomes;
* Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development;

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services (or equivalent);
* An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
* Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
