The Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our community disability team. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours, allowing you to make a meaningful impact without shift work or weekend commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients in a community and home-based setting
* Support individuals with disabilities to achieve their health and wellbeing goals
* Administer medications and monitor clinical outcomes in line with care plans
* Assist with clinical assessments, documentation, and reporting
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support workers, and families
* Promote independence, dignity, and choice for all clients
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and NDIS guidelines
About You
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
* Experience in disability, community, or aged care (highly regarded)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously in community settings
* A compassionate, client-centred approach to care
* Current driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle
* Access to a pool car where available; mileage reimbursement provided when using your own vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
