Key Requirements:

* 8+ years' experience in marketing roles, including leadership positions.
* Proven track record of building and leading successful marketing teams.
* Deep expertise in marketing budget ownership, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
* Experience in upward management and presenting to executive levels.
