We are seeking a proactive recruitment specialist to partner with leaders across our Sugar & Renewables business and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across a wide range of roles, from high-volume operational positions to specialist corporate appointments.

Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and team members, providing feedback.
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment for roles across the Sugar & Renewables business.
* Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Create engaging job advertisements, run recruitment campaigns and manage talent pipelines.
* Provide visa advice and support, liaising with immigration consultants and ensuring compliance.
* Maintain recruitment metrics, reporting and compliance documentation.
About You:

* Strong recruitment capability across a range of role types.
* Demonstrated experience with end-to-end processes.
* An ability to quickly build confidence and credibility with stakeholders.
* Proficiency with navigating HR systems, reporting and documentation workflows.
* Experience with high volume manufacturing recruitment experience (advantage).
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Experience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Sound judgement and professionalism in all interactions.
