Overview
Specialist Account Manager. Location: Australia – NSW – Sydney Metro. Full time. Sydney-based, with territory covering east and south Sydney, and a regular rotation to Canberra. You will promote ViiV Healthcare brands to healthcare professionals specialising in HIV.
Responsibilities
1. Conducting best in industry selling conversations with ID Physicians, Immunologists, Sexual Health Physicians, S100 GPs, Specialist Pharmacists and Nurses
2. Analyze territory opportunities and assume a leadership role to build a strategy that incorporates key account management
3. Building strong cross-functional relationships with the medical and marketing team to influence ViiV Healthcare strategic approach
4. Maintain a high level of HIV disease state product knowledge
5. Building a reliable and trusted perception of ViiV Healthcare
Requirements / Qualifications
6. Bachelor degree in a science or business-related discipline
7. Knowledge and understanding, or interest in HIV preferred
8. Strong business acumen, ability to influence and a proven track record of performance
9. Demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills
10. Practical knowledge of the Australian healthcare system; particularly, pharmacy, hospitals and formularies
11. Prior experience in pharma specialist / hospital sales
