Senior Dental Assistant
to support the team while being hands-on chairside, in reception, or steri.
Full-time permanent role –
9-day fortnight available
Modern practice with
4 dental chairs
Lead, support, and inspire a team of dental assistants ?
Assist with all aspects of daily operations
Enjoy a

Duties & Responsibilities
Stock Control:
Help manage ordering within budget ?
Reporting:
Assist with financial and daily reconciliations ?
Rostering:
Support staff scheduling to meet clinic needs ?
Team Leadership:
Train, motivate, and set standards for the team ?
Patient Experience:
Deliver excellent patient care and safety ?
Clinical Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulations and practice policies ?

Skills & Attributes
Significant dental industry experience (team leadership preferred)
Cert III or IV in Dental Assistance or equivalent knowledge
Strong ability to motivate, build relationships & lead a team
Willingness to step in where needed during busy periods
Proven reliability, punctuality, and a drive for excellence
