We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Senior Digital Account Manager to join our fun, growing digital agency based in Brisbane. We are landing new digital retainers regularly and we need experienced hands to join our ranks to manage our client retainers. This role is available for an immediate start (why wait?).
The Senior Digital Account Manager will manage a defined portfolio of digital retainers, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure delivery is organised, accurate, and commercially sound. The strategic component of this role is focused on high level guidance, opportunity identification, and structured quarterly check ins. The role's responsibility is to ensure clients understand priorities, feel supported, and remain committed to long term growth with iSonic Digital.
What do you need to be successful?
* Experience in digital agency account management or client success.
* Strong working understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. You do not execute technical work but must be able to explain how channels interact.
* Clear and confident communication in meetings, written updates, and strategy reviews.
* Capability to discuss and create value, scope, budgets, and outcomes.
* Proactive and collaborative working style with the ability to manage multiple active projects and work in a collaborative team environment.
* Manage a portfolio of retainer clients with consistent communication and structured meeting rhythms.
* Run monthly check ins and quarterly reviews whilst monitoring client performance indicators, identify risks, and raise issues early.
* Identify practical opportunities across SEO, Ads, CRO, website improvements, and content.
* Support upsell and cross sell discussions with the Business Development Manager, Ads Strategist and technical leads.
* Coordinate timelines, approvals, and dependencies so delivery remains on schedule.
* Qualify inbound leads and recommend the appropriate service package alongside Business Development Manager. Join sales meetings when required and contribute to proposal preparation for existing and new clients.
* Contribute to iSonic's internal marketing and content activity through coordination and delegation.
