Quality Assurance Engineer (Test Analyst) / 6-month contract Your new company
A large enterprise is expanding its digital capabilities and is seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join its product-driven technology team. The environment is agile, fast-paced, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions through innovation and validated learning.
Your new role
As a QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining automated test frameworks using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. You'll build and execute test plans across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. The role includes integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality. You'll also contribute to improving QA processes and promoting a quality-first mindset across the team.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, or similar role
* Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, Mocha)
* Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills for writing and maintaining tests
* Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
* Solid understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, smoke, end-to-end, performance)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, Pact) and test data management is a plus.
* Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
