Barossa Fine Foods is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team within our food manufacturing facility. These positions are permanent full-time, 38 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.
Positions and main responsibilities include
* Ham and Bacon Curer - Make, prepare, ferment and pack a variety of pork products, ensuring relevant equipment is used adhering to food quality requirements.
* High Risk Slicing and Packing - Use machines to slice and pack products and prepare for distribution in a high-quality controlled environment.
* Boner - Responsible for the safe use of knives to cut, trim, debone and skin fresh meat (pork) adhering to food quality requirements. Suitable for someone with knife experience from a similar role.
* Unqualified Butcher – Support processing from the boning line of fresh meat products using various machinery.
