We work from our Burleigh Heads office and with remote staff in various locations around the world.
Position Overview
We're seeking freelance or casual writers with at least 10 years of experience to work with our team on an ad‑hoc basis. Candidates with existing knowledge of psychology and mental‑health treatments are preferred.
Writing tasks are highly varied, and will include:
* Script-writing for promotional videos related to Psychwire and it's training offerings
* Script-writing for a variety of videos & animations to promote and teach a broad range of psychological concepts
* Writing biographic profiles of mental-health experts
* Webpage copy to assist affiliate partner sites
* Webpage copy on Psychwire to promote our suite of current and future products
* Collaborating with clinical and creative staff to develop and edit written teaching materials, blogs & other content
* Editing and creating e-books for mental health professionals
What you will need to be successful in this role
* A broad portfolio of writing samples
* Reliable & on‑time delivery of work
* Excellent capacity to work within verbal and written briefs
* Psychological background is preferred but not required
* Availability to attend in‑person "brainstorming" sessions at our Burleigh Heads office is preferred not essential
