Remuneration: $109,****** - $113,****** per annum + 12% Super + Salary Packaging.
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time.
Position Classification: Clinical Nurse Educator.
Hours Per Week: 38.
Location: John Hunter Hospital | Awabakal Country.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, roll out and refine comprehensive learning pathways for all staff – from new graduates and postgraduate students to undergraduate nursing placements and new employees.
Offer expert leadership, mentorship and support to our team of Clinical Nurse Educators, fostering continuous professional growth.
Partner with tertiary institutions and specialty Clinical Nurse Educators to co-create, launch and assess postgraduate nursing courses.
Lead the planning and deployment of targeted educational strategies for the Ward/Unit/Service nursing workforce, ensuring alignment with district-wide excellence standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration.
Relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate.
Experience in a management role.
Current Workplace Training and Assessment Certificate IV or willingness to work towards.
Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander status may be demonstrated for targeted consideration.
