Theatre Set Up Role Overview
This theatre set up role involves assisting clinical teams within the operating theatre on a part-time basis.
* Completing surgical/instrument setups for theatre lists
* Cleaning and inventory management duties
* Liaising with team to keep across add-on or modification cases
* Ensuring consumable stock rotation and date-checking
* Assisting clinical teams to locate instruments at short notice
* Rotating stock
* Monitoring/recording temperatures
* Putting away sterilised stock
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A certificate in a healthcare qualification
* An understanding of medical terminology
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
