Waggrakine Primary School (PS) is seeking to establish a pool of Cleaners for permanent and fixed-term, full-time and part-time vacancies during the **** school year and up to the end of Term 2, ****.
Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As a cleaner, you will be responsible for internal cleaning duties, including the maintenance of carpets and hard-floor surfaces, toilet cleaning, furniture and fittings, window cleaning, dusting, rubbish removal, and other general cleaning items.
In addition, you will carry out external cleaning duties, such as cleaning verandas and covered areas, rubbish removal, cleaning of drinking troughs, window cleaning, removal of cobwebs, and other general cleaning duties.
During vacation times, you will also undertake the stripping and sealing of vinyl floors, window cleaning, shampooing of carpets, and pressure cleaning of verandas and undercover areas.
Suitable applicants will have good attention to detail, be able to work well individually and as part of a team, and maintain a clean and safe school environment.
You should be organised, honest, reliable, punctual, and have excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe cleaning procedures, methods, and practices.
