About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Nunawading outlet.
This is a part-time position at 28.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
* Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
* Support the set‐up and maintenance of in‐store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
* Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day‐to‐day store operations
* Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
