The Role You'll lead major HVAC projects (typically $10M) from inception to delivery, managing all facets including: Coordination with builders, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Oversight of site teams and direct labour (if applicable) Driving performance on safety, program, and cost Working closely with engineering and leadership to deliver to the highest standard You'll be backed by a well-established senior leadership team and a national engineering function committed to excellence.
