We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions, presented by experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive, and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support, and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects.

The Role
In this role, you will nurture deep, personal relationships with our students and parents, helping them maximize our services. Responsibilities include maintaining regular contact throughout the academic year, keeping parents updated on progress, bridging the gap between parents and the Contour brand, and supporting students outside of class.
This position is ideal for someone eager to grow within a startup environment, with potential for advancement. It involves consistent in-person, part-time hours and a long-term commitment to our vision. You will collaborate with sales, customer service, billing, and tutoring teams to foster lasting relationships with our clients.

Training, Support & Growth
Upon joining, you'll receive comprehensive onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support. We will help you refine your interpersonal skills and provide feedback as you work alongside our teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a primary contact for students and parents, providing support and resolving issues with empathy.
* Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring educational goals are met with personalized support.
* Regularly check in with students and parents, gather feedback, and promote continued engagement.
* Support student success by connecting them with appropriate staff and services.
* Coordinate with sales, billing, and management teams for admin queries.
* Work with tutoring teams to address class-related concerns.
* Escalate critical issues and follow through on resolutions.
* Communicate via calls, emails, texts, and video chats proactively and reactively.
* Gather and analyze feedback for service improvement.
* Provide detailed reports and insights to management for ongoing enhancement.
