The purpose of the role is to attract, engage, and place General Practitioners (GPs) into Bupa Medical Services. You will partner closely with the business to anticipate requirements, continuously refine sourcing strategies, and strengthen relationships with GPs to enhance an already high‑quality experience.
In doing so, you will deliver a seamless end‑to‑end placement process that supports both immediate needs and longer‑term planning. By leveraging market insights, proactive talent mapping, and targeted sourcing approaches, you will further strengthen Bupa Medical Services' reputation as a trusted and preferred partner for GPs. This role plays a key part in delivering consistent, high‑quality outcomes for GPs, stakeholders, and the broader network we support.
What you'll need to make it possible
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience sourcing and placing GPs
* is an adept relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* works well with both people and details – this role balances customer interactions (hiring leaders, stakeholders and candidates) with lots of legislative frameworks, nuanced processes and compliance activity - so you'll need to be great at both
* has a tangible customer focus and solutions-orientated approach - we partner with our business closely to make sure we deliver what they need.
