Clinic Administration Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and effective Clinic Administration Coordinator to join our team at the Gap Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administration services, ensuring delivery of exceptional care to our clients and the clinic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the support team, consisting of Medical Receptionists and Aboriginal Liaison Officer.
* Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and senior clinic team to deliver high-quality administration services.
* Provide responsive and effective administrative support to ensure seamless operation of the clinic.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in an administration role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
