* Conduct vocational assessments, skills analysis, and recovery support for job seekers.
* Provide case management and initial assessments for injured workers with the goal of facilitating their return to employment.
* Evaluate and report on an individual's mental health fitness for work and psychological functional capacities.
* Administer intelligence testing and provide detailed reports.
* Analyze the impact of mental health and medical conditions on an individual's ability to work.
* Publish thorough case notes and reports.
