Our company is seeking an experienced professional to lead the treasury operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to motivate a team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and internal policies.
* Develop and manage the treasury team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
* Oversee the settlement, reconciliation, and administration of all financial instruments.
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management, including month-end entries.
* Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant with 3+ years of experience post CPA/CA in a financial management role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
