**As the Principal Web Officer you will**: - Lead and manage the Digital Projects and Delivery team in the delivery of large projects and initiatives. Use customer-centric principles in the design of digital strategies, initiatives, products, and services. Proactively coach, mentor and manage the work performance and personal conduct of your direct reports. Interact with senior management and stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure alignment with the department's strategic objectives. Implement best practice processes to ensure the success of projects, and the continuous improvement of the department's digital products and services. Capture and analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and services, identify improvement opportunities, and provide insights. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies and practices to support improving digital customer experience. Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
