Key Responsibilities:
* Leading high-performance teams to achieve strong sales results and profitability through strategic planning and execution
* Implementing people strategies and driving strategic change to improve productivity and operational objectives
Requirements:
* Ability to deliver consistent sales and profit results in a dynamic environment
* Leadership experience in developing sales teams
* Previous experience as a Regional Manager (retail preferred)
