About the role
Evolve Early Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Andergrove, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
What you'll be doing
* Creating and implementing engaging educational programs that support children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional development
* Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children
* Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
* Observing and documenting children's progress and development
* Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and policies
* Collaborating with the team to continuously improve the quality of care and education
What we're looking for
* A relevant early childhood Teaching qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Education)
* Experience working in a childcare or early learning setting
* Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to providing high-quality care and education
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Working with Children Check or equivalent
