The Opportunity
We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Based at our Lidcombe Head Office and reporting to the Country Manager, this key leadership role offers a chance to shape our regional growth, develop high-performing teams, and foster strong relationships with vendors and Costco buyers.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Strategic Sales Planning: Develop the sales strategy and annual plans in partnership with the Country Manager. Provide ongoing insights and adjust by country as needed.
* Target Setting & Delivery: Define and track monthly/annual sales targets aligned with CDS and Costco goals.
* Vendor & Buyer Relationships: Build strong client partnerships through strategic programs and responsive service.
* Sales Reporting & Insights: Lead & develop internal and external reporting, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to drive incremental sales.
* Team Leadership: Coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Support professional development and individual success.
* Program Innovation: Drive new initiatives that benefit Costco and its vendors, from ideation through to successful delivery.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Field Operations to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.
* Customer Reporting: Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on demo volumes, program outcomes, and performance trends.
About You
You're a collaborative sales leader and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a strong track record of building relationships and driving results.
You bring:
* 8+ years in sales - open to candidates with a strong key/senior account management background, looking for their next career step into sales management Proven ability to build rapport and credibility across all levels
* Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and revenue targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Strong analytical skills and business acumen
* High attention to detail and a commitment to customer service
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Experience leading teams and managing change in dynamic settings
* Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
* A current driver's license and vehicle (some travel required across NSW and interstate)
