About the role
We are looking for a Supply Planner to play a key role in building a best-in‐class, end‐to‐end planning function. This role sits at the centre of the business, connecting demand and supply to ensure plans are realistic, aligned, and consistently delivered.
You will act as a trusted partner across the Vida Glow teams, manufacturers and suppliers, anticipating risks, improving reliability, and driving better planning outcomes that support both service and cost performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service & Supply Planning: Inventory Management
* Build and maintain forward‐looking supply plans across suppliers, manufacturers and distribution centres using Netstock.
* Monitor stock positions and proactively manage supply risks
* Produce rolling 12-month Supply plan cash flow
2. Manufacturing Planning & Supplier Alignment: Supply Plan
* Translate demand forecasts into clear, actionable supply requirements for external manufacturing partners and suppliers
* Proactively track supplier execution against plan (Production progress, Order confirmations, Shipment readiness)
* Identify and anticipate risks in the Supply Plan delivery (Capacity constraints, Raw material or component shortages...)
* Support new product launches by ensuring supplier readiness and smooth production ramp‐up at the manufacturers
3. Demand Planning & Forecasting
* Develop and maintain a robust, data‐driven demand forecast incorporating insights from sales, marketing, and market trends
* Continuously refine forecasts and challenge assumptions
4. S&OP & Cross‐Functional Alignment
* Lead the monthly S&OP process: Align with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support decision‐making
* Provide clear visibility of Supplier constraints and risks and Inventory positions
5. Systems, Data & Process Excellence
* Proactively manage excess, ageing, and at‐risk stock
* Work with suppliers to optimise order quantities, production cycles, and inventory positioning
* Manage and maintain Master Data accuracy across ERP (Sage x3) and planning systems (Netstock) – Maintain purchase orders, supplier data, and planning parameters (lead times, MOQs, and safety stock)
* Drive a mindset of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement to support the business growth
Skills & Experience
* Experience in supply chain planning - FMCG experience highly desired
* Exposure to supplier‐facing or manufacturing planning environments
* Experience working with ERP and planning tools (e.g. Netstock, Sage or similar) – Exposure to ERP / Advanced Planning System Implementation highly valued
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capability
* Ability to manage complexity across multiple partners and constraints
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, curious and forward‐thinking (continuously improving mindset)
* Strong ownership and accountability
