We have a vacancy for a talented Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join the Planning and Regulation Team. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys working on a diverse range of projects and assessment of development including Council's Growth Management and Housing Strategy.

About Us
The Liverpool Plains Shire Council employs over 120 staff across a wide variety of fields who deliver a range of services to the local government area encompassing Blackville, Caroona, Currabubula, Pine Ridge, Premer, Quirindi, Spring Ridge, Wallabadah, Werris Creek and Willow Tree and the almost 8000 residents who reside there.
The council is situated at Quirindi, the heart of the Liverpool Plains, 65km from Tamworth and about four hours North West of Sydney, famous for its stunning landscapes and rich, highly productive land and is the perfect place to call home.
What We Offer You
We offer you a competitive salary commencing at $1,739.40 to $2,291.70 gross per week. A starting salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the position.
