All our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for cooking and the kitchen. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will form a key part of a team who are responsible for providing high quality product to our lounge passengers.Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Prepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffetshowing variety and flairEnsure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control proceduresAssist the preparation of ingredients, which includes chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring food products.Ensure Food Safety protocols are followedKeep all working areas clean and tidy.
