You will lead and inspire a team dedicated to delivering high‑quality, fresh chocolate, the hallmark of Swiss chocolate manufacturer Läderach.
About the Role
As our Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store’s performance and the client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, inspiring, and developing a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and personalised client experiences
* Driving sales performance and maximising profitability through strategic planning and effective performance management
* Ensuring inventory accuracy, minimising stock loss, and maintaining the highest operational standards
* Overseeing visual merchandising and store presentation in alignment with Tory Burch’s global brand standards
* Fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture
* Upholding service excellence and consistently meeting key performance indicators

About You
We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a refined, customer‑focused retail environment. You will bring:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within premium, luxury, or high‑volume retail or hospitality
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive results through data, innovation, and people
* A polished, hands‑on approach with a commitment to leading by example
* The ability to inspire, coach, and develop high‑performing teams
* A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and embodying the Tory Burch brand values
* A warm, confident, and service‑driven leadership style
