As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Chef, with some supervisory or leadership exposure, and hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
