As a Packaging Line Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art packaging lines. You'll be responsible for monitoring and operating various machinery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including but not limited to fillers, cappers, labellers, and palletisers
* Conduct quality checks and perform equipment adjustments as required to maintain optimal performance
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols
* Utilise forklift skills to move and organize finished goods and raw materials efficiently
* Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring continuous improvement
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Proven experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is highly desirable
* Valid Forklift Licence and the ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
* Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
* Flexibility to work weekly rotating shifts
* Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
