Appointments may be made from this pool until31/12/2025.Position Profiles:Fremantle Hospital (FH)MHS situated at Alma St Centre provides multidisciplinary Inpatient and community treatment for patients aged 18 years and over through a range of services. In addition to continuing care community mental health teams there is also a Home Treatment Team, Assertive Treatment Team (ATT), Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) and Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team. The Older Adult program includes a Community Mental Health Team (FOAMHS) and an Inpatient Team. Other services include Dual Diagnosis, Wellness Clinic, Hampton House (Step up-Step down service), and Group therapy. The service also provides input to the medical and surgical wards through its Consultation Liaison Psychiatry service.All medical staff are supervised by accredited supervisors and work closely with the Consultant.
