**The Organisation**:
Our client is a growing supplements, wellness and events business. They have a holistic view to health and wellness and are passionate about their brand and the community they are building.
The purpose of this role is work alongside the Director of Finance and Operations to support the business across the following areas;
- Finance - supporting in all aspects of financial operations, planning, commercial analysis, reporting, and accounting for the company. You will partner with the Director of Finance and Operations, senior management team, and department leaders to provide financial leadership and guidance to drive profitable growth, cash flow, and business performance
- Operations - assist in all areas of Supply Chain including Sales and Operations Planning, Customer Engagement, Warehousing and Distribution, and Inventory Management
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide actionable insights for management decision making
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L and balance sheet), operating budgets, working capital, and cash flow projections
- Alongside the external accountants, oversee the accounting operations including general ledger, A/R, A/P, month end accruals, payroll, and PO controls
- Support the timely preparation and communication of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis, including investigations where appropriate and provide solutions focused reporting
- Help to drive strong improvement in demand forecasting across all customer channels, and provide a structured set of measures that deliver benchmark customer service metrics and maximisation of sales opportunities and growth
- Support the supply planning process by identifying risks and opportunities in both the current supply plan and future sourcing requirements
**Ideal**
- CPA or CA Qualifications (current)
- 5+ Years Accounting experience
- product based experience - FMCG/Manufacturing/Retail/Supply Chain (ideal not mandatory)
- Intermediate to Advanced excel skills
