Qualifications: NSW trade qualifications, ARCTick license, 3+ years’ experience (preferred).
About the Role
You’ll specialise in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of residential air conditioning systems within the Sydney area, focusing on high-rise apartment complexes and individual units. This role offers the chance to work alongside industry veterans, gain hands-on experience, and build your expertise in the air conditioning trade.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain a range of air conditioning units and associated ancillaries.
2. Perform preventative maintenance, filter cleaning/replacement, fault diagnosis, and breakdown repairs.
3. Prepare detailed reports and quotes following service.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, including confidently communicating with customers.
5. Assist with other company projects as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Australian Driver’s License.
2. WHS construction card (White Card).
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience as an air conditioning installation or service technician (preferred but not required).
4. High standard of personal presentation.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Educational Background: High school or equivalent thereof.

Working Hours:
1. Monday to Friday: Generally 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (40 hours/week).
2. Overtime opportunities, with fair compensation.
