Hourly Rate: $32 – $37, based on experience

Empowering Options Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider, dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and confidently. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers for a part-time role in
Key Responsibilities
* Provide in-home support, including personal care and domestic tasks
* Assist with community access and participation
* Support with meal preparation, medication prompting
* Build positive relationships with participants and their families
* Encourage independence and choice in daily living
Mandatory Requirements
* Cert III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Ageing Support (or currently studying)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module (free online)
* Current Driver’s License & access to insured vehicle
* Willingness to obtain a recent Police Check
* Full working rights in Australia
