Workforce Planning Strategist
We are seeking a visionary Workforce Planning Strategist to reimagine and transform our workforce planning capabilities.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the design and execution of our workforce planning strategy, combining sharp commercial acumen with deep WFM expertise and a passion for driving innovation.
The ideal candidate will build smarter, more adaptive planning models across our onshore and offshore teams, leveraging real-time data, modern platforms, and process automation to drive service, cost, and experience outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and evolve our workforce planning frameworks and practices
* Create accurate and reliable forecasts using historical trends and business intelligence
* Optimise our use of Genesys Cloud WFM, automating and simplifying wherever possible
* Deliver timely and actionable insights and reporting to enable operational agility
* Influence resourcing models in partner/vendor arrangements
* Collaborate with ops, digital, and transformation teams to drive planning innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in workforce planning or a related field
* Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Experience working with cloud-based WFM solutions and process automation tools
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
