1. Resolve reported CIT-related incidents at the initial technical level
2. Be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries
3. Analyze and troubleshoot basic ICT hardware or software issues
To excel in this position, you will require demonstrated experience in operational service desk or contact centre roles, relevant industry and professional skills, and previous experience with help desk frameworks such as Remedy.
