Position overview The EL1 Integration Technical Analyst will work closely with the Senior Integration Developer to learn all aspects of our new Enterprise Integration Platform. This role will be reporting to the Integration Competency Centre Lead, working within our Bureau Integration Competency Centre team, working with direction to perform analysis, configuration and deployment of interfaces implemented on our Enterprise Integration Platform. The role will include supporting the delivery of initiatives across the Enterprise Integration Platform, including project management, business analysis, system configuration and system testing. This will be a key opportunity for any individual who is technically interested in being involved in a core integration platform, supporting interface development and delivery. The key duties of the position include Delivery: Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of integration services, including requirements analysis, solution architecture, detailed design, development, testing, deployment and transition to support. Installation and Configuration: Install and configure integration products. Develop skills in managing interface flows, both inbound and outbound. Technical Support: Assist in providing support for integration systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless operations. System Integration: Collaborate with the integration team and Enterprise Architects to implement and optimise integration solutions within the Enterprise Integration Platform. Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for Enterprise Integration Platform processes, configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and provide effective integration solutions. Supporting project delivery for all delivery aspects across the Enterprise Integration platform, including business analysis, customer engagement, project management and system testing. Learning and Development: Engage in training to learn MFT, ESB and NeoDPS technologies and their application on our Enterprise Integration Platform. Ensure compliance with APS values, security clearance requirements, and WHS policies, maintaining a high standard of professional conduct and accountability. Perform other duties as assigned.
