Position Overview
We have the opportunity to welcome a Key Account Manager & Estimator into our growing team.
This role is best suited to a self-motivated, organised individual that understands the importance of follow-up and follow-through when it comes to delivering a great client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Managing relationships with existing, well-established clients, including multi-national manufacturers of mobile plant and significant mining companies.
Identifying potential opportunities and how Western Metalworx can bring value.
Our team excels at finding simple solutions to complex problems.
Planning, scheduling and executing meetings with existing or prospective clients.
Setting the production team up for success by completing detailed and accurate scoping documents.
Estimating and submitting quotes in a timely manner.
Analysis, reporting and communication of sales/account activity.
Success Factors & Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills in person, on the phone and by email.
Great time-management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to methodically close out commitments without missing detail, as your pipeline grows.
Eagerness to contribute to the growth and future success of the team and business.
Understanding of metal fabrication and ability to build value in both custom fabricated solutions and working from client-supplied drawings.
