We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Construction Administration team as a Maintenance Administrator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth coordination of maintenance and repair services across our residential development projects. You will be responsible for scheduling and managing all maintenance tasks, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring that work is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service to internal construction teams and external clients alike.
* Coordinate and schedule all maintenance tasks, including liaising with contractors and clients to confirm timelines and access requirements.
* Manage the logistics of repair works, including contractor availability, materials, scheduling, and site access.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all job tasks, progress updates, and outcomes within company software systems.
* Handle incoming email inquiries and phone calls, triaging and directing them appropriately.
* Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
* Prioritise competing workloads and demonstrate flexibility in meeting shifting deadlines.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team as directed by Senior Management.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a building, construction, or trade-related field is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency with standard office software (email, spreadsheets, databases) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* A motivated, team-oriented individual with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and remain composed under pressure.

Location
