Catering Assistant Job Description
This role involves setting up each dining area, washing dishes, cleaning according to food safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization of areas where food is prepared and served, assisting with meal preparation when required, and monitoring and recording requirements of the food safety plan.
Responsibilities:
* Providing efficient catering support services within a residential home or similar environment.
* Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization in kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in providing catering assistance or hospitality desirable but not essential.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Food Standards and Food Safety mandatory.
