We are seeking an experienced injury management professional to join our Perth team.

The role
Leverage your clinical expertise to support and guide your clients on their journey back to work and life after physical or psychological injury. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their rehabilitation goals through a holistic approach.
In this role, you will:
* Gain a detailed understanding of your clients' injury history through initial needs assessments.
* Conduct a variety of assessments and screening tools such as worksite assessments, job task analysis, ergonomic assessments and ADLs to support development short‐term and long‐term rehabilitation goals.
* Collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery needs.
* Facilitate a progressive return‐to‐work through tailored planning.
What you need
* A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Provisional and Fully Registered).
* Full registration with AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA.
* Ideally, 12 months+ experience working in a similar position or 2+ years minimum clinical experience in a relevant profession.
* Full Australian working rights.
* A valid driver's licence.
