ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our Abbotsford Boutique. You'll be accountable for creating an incredible in-store experience, fostering a strong team culture aligned to Nakedvice values, and driving performance across all areas of the store.

This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who thrives on customer connection, people development and commercial results.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Boutique Manager is responsible for leading the Abbotsford Boutique delivering exceptional, customer‐centred experiences, building a high‐performing team, and driving sustainable growth. This role brings Nakedvice's brand, values and commercial goals to life on the shop floor, while acting as a key connection point between the boutique and Head Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional, customer‐centred experience that builds brand loyalty and drives growth
* Own the day‐to‐day operations of the boutique, including stock management, store presentation and staff rostering
* Partner closely with the Head Office team to identify sales opportunities, share insights and problem‐solve ways to drive performance
* Conduct seasonal stocktakes and ensure accurate stock control
* Implement visual merchandising guidelines and promotional changes to a high standard
* Provide regular feedback to Head Office on store operations, customer insights and opportunities for improvement
* Coach, develop and performance‐manage team members to build capability, confidence and accountability
* Ensure performance plans, regular feedback and check‐ins are conducted in a way that makes team members feel supported, valued and recognised
* Build and maintain a strong VIP customer base, ensuring VIP relationships are nurtured by the whole team
* Ensure effective onboarding and training of new team members to set them up for success from day one

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Strong experience building and managing exceptional customer experiences in a fashion retail environment
* 1+ years' experience as a retail manager
* A strong alignment with Nakedvice values, and the ability to bring them to life in a boutique environment
* A commitment to delivering a consistent, high‐quality customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring the in‐store experience reflects the Nakedvice brand at every moment
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a retail team to deliver strong performance
* Solid understanding of retail systems (Shopify Plus preferred)
* Experience with digital rostering systems is advantageous
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities
* A confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with Head Office
* Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster on alternate weeks
